CHICKEN TO CURRY, AND RICE IS CHEAP!
NEGOTIATION: *DO NOT OFFER
THEM $500 PER PERSON!
- OFFER them $250 per person, and be prepared to settle
for $350
- TELL them that THE HASH CHARGES $500 BUT WE MUST MAKE
$150
- everybody understands, and respects - the profit
motive
GUARANTEE them 50 people (50 x $350 = $17,500 SO WE SHOULD BE
FULLY COVERED)
ASSURE them that we usually get 70 - 80 so they should make
$24 - 28,000.
OFFER to advance them $10,000 to cover the raw cost of the
food.
ADVISE them to spend every cent of the $10,000 buying food so
as to be able
to feed 80 or more people - that's where they will make their real
profit.
WARN them that we WILL NOT PAY FULL PRICE FOR MEAGRE
HELPINGS, so stretch the money at their own peril!!!
